Ingredients

2 pkg. lemon Jell-O
2 c. hot water
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
coconut and nuts (as desired)
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
1 medium size can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in hot water. Add cream cheese and ice cream in small amounts and beat with mixer. Fold in pineapple. Garnish with coconut, nuts, etc.
