Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour
    3/4 c. confectioners sugar
    6 oz. butter (1 1/2 sticks)
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar and butter until the size of small peas.
    Pat gently into a 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Bake crust in a 325\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
