Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef, cubed
    potatoes
    carrots
    celery
    onions
    1 can V-8 cocktail juice (12 oz. or more)
    3 Tbsp. tapioca, uncooked
    salt and pepper
    a little garlic salt
    a little celery salt
Preparation
    Use a large covered casserole.
    Combine all ingredients into the casserole.
    Cover and bake 4 hours at 250 degrees.
    Do not brown meat beforehand.
    Optional - frozen peas.
    In crock pot may cook longer until potatoes and carrots are tender.
