Cream Of Asparagus Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen asparagus
2 Tbsp. margarine (low-fat)
3 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 c. water, lightly salted
2 green onions, chopped fine
4 c. skim milk
salt to taste
Preparation

Cook asparagus in water until tender.
Whip asparagus in blender until smooth.
Saute onions in margarine.
Stir in flour and cook until bubbly.
Add milk gradually, stirring until thickened.
Stir in asparagus puree.
Add chopped parsley and salt to taste.
Do not boil.
