Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 eggs, separated
    3 c. leftover, mashed potatoes
Preparation
    Brown onion in butter.
    Add flour and then milk.
    Add egg yolks and sauce to potatoes; mix well, then fold in beaten egg whites.
    Bake in a greased dish in oven about 25 or 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
