Frankfurter Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 frankfurters
    mustard
    2 c. mashed potatoes
    1/4 c. minced onions
    1 to 2 Tbsp. chopped pimientos
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over 6 frankfurters.
    Cover; let stand 8 minutes.
    Slit each frank lengthwise.
    Spread with mustard. Combine 2 cups well-seasoned mashed potatoes, minced onion, chopped pimento and chopped parsley.
    Spread over split frank. Brown in broiler or oven.
    Makes 6 servings.
