Pronto Hominy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. each: salt, onion salt, pepper and dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/2 c. cheese, grated or cubed
    1 (No. 2 1/2) can hominy, drained
    1 (4 oz.) can peeled green chilies
Preparation
    Make cream sauce with the first 8 ingredients; when thick add cheese.
    Mix in well-drained hominy and undrained chilies.
    Pour into buttered casserole.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
