Twice-Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium baking potatoes
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 tsp. onion salt
    pepper
    1/2 c. parsley, finely chopped
    paprika
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes and dry.
    Pierce with a fork.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove from oven.
    Cool to handle.
    Cut in half lengthwise; remove pulp to bowl carefully; keep skin whole.
    Mash pulp with cottage cheese, salt and pepper.
    Scoop mixture back into skins.
    Sprinkle with paprika and parsley and bake 20 minutes more.
