Microwave Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 qt. popped popcorn
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. dark Karo syrup
Preparation
    Mix and place in microwave.
    Bring to a boil and boil 2 minutes on High.
    Add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
    Pour half popcorn in a brown paper bag and pour half the syrup over it.
    Add remaining popcorn and syrup.\tFold top of bag and shake well or gently stir with large, long handled spoon.
    Microwave 1 1/2 minutes on High. Take out and shake well.
    Cook another 1 1/2 minutes on High. Remove and shake well.
    Spread on cookie sheets to cool.
