Cheese Cake Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. zwieback (toasted bran bread)
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 c. cottage cheese
4 eggs
1/2 c. cream
1/2 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind

Preparation

Roll the zwieback into fine crumbs and mix with the melted butter or margarine and 1/2 cup of the sugar.
Pack all but 1/2 cup of this mixture on the bottom and sides of a well-greased 9-inch pan.
