Pineapple Layered Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can chunk pineapple
    2 egg yolks
    1/4 c. sugar *
    2 Tbsp. flour
    miniature marshmallows
    1 c. grated American cheese
Preparation
    Beat
    egg
    yolks; add 1 cup syrup from pineapple, sugar and flour.
    Cook until thick.
    Arrange in layers in bowl with a
    layer of pineapple, a layer of marshmallows, grated cheese, then sauce. Repeat.
    Serve at room temperature.
    Serves 6.
