Apple Cinnamon Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. unsweetened apple juice
    3/4 c. water
    1 c. long grain rice
    1 (3-inch) stick cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine juice and water in medium saucepan; bring to a boil. Add rice and cinnamon stick.
    Cover.
    Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
    Yields 3 cups.
