Mixed Cut Green Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower
    1 (15 oz.) can green beans
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
    2 or 3 drops hot sauce
    1 tsp. pimento strips
Preparation
    Cook cauliflower in salted water according to package.
    Drain. Arrange in a buttered 1-quart casserole.
    Drain beans, reserving 1/2 cup liquid.
    Add drained beans to casserole.
    Melt butter in small saucepan.
    Stir in flour.
    Add reserved 1/2 cup liquid, milk, onion, salt and hot sauce.
    Cook and stir over medium-low heat until sauce thickens.
    Pour over vegetables in casserole. Garnish with pimento.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
