Slow Cooker Barbecue Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2-3 pound chuck roast
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 cup barbecue sauce
    1 large green pepper, cut in rings
    1 large onion sliced
Preparation
    Brown meat in hot oil in skillet then transfer to slow cooker.
    Add sauce, green pepper, and onion. Cover and cook on high heat for 4 to 5 hours or until tender. Slice and serve with sauce.
