Sante Fe Style Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 ripe avocados
    2 small, ripe tomatoes, diced
    1 small onion, diced
    2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
    3 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. orange marmalade
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 boneless chicken breasts
Preparation
    Cut avocado into large dice.
    Combine with tomatoes, onion and cilantro.
    Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons lime juice.
    Add salt and pepper if desired.
    Toss gently.
    Refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve.
    Melt butter in a skillet and saute the garlic.
    Lightly brown chicken on each side, then remove to a plate.
    To drippings in skillet, add marmalade, chili powder, salt, pepper and remaining lime juice.
    Return chicken to skillet and coat with glaze.
    Simmer until cooked through.
    Serve with guacamole.
