Fancy Franks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 frankfurters (hot dogs)
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can French fried onion rings
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen Tater Tots or shredded hash browns, thawed
2 Tbsp. melted margarine
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of celery soup
1/3 c. milk
Preparation

Slice each hot dog in half lengthwise.
In small bowl, crumble onion rings.
Reserve 2 tablespoons for topping.
Combine potatoes, butter, crumbled onions, salt and pepper in shallow 1 1/2-quart casserole dish and blend well.
Combine soup and milk in small bowl.
Pour 3/4 soup mixture over potato mixture and blend. Arrange hot dogs, cut side down, on top of potatoes.
Sprinkle with reserved crumbs.
Pour remaining soup mixture over onions. Bake 25 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Serves 4.
