Austria Viennese Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pkg. fine egg noodles
    1/2 c. diced onions
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 c. cultured sour cream
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook noodles in boiling salt water until done.
    Drain well. Saute onions, green pepper and celery in 1/4 cup butter.
    Add to noodles with salt, pepper and parsley flakes; stir well.
    Blend in sour cream and lemon juice.
    Place in buttered casserole; top with crumbs, blended with remaining butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 8 servings.
