Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated, or Velveeta
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. Bisquick
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Fry sausage; drain and crumble into a greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese over sausage. Mix well the remaining ingredients; pour over sausage mixture. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes, until set and browned on top. Cool 5 minutes before slicing.
