Chicken And Sausage Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. onion
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    5 ribs celery, chopped
    1/2 c. oil
    2 to 3 tsp. chopped garlic
    1 c. chopped parsley (1/4 c. dried)
    2 to 4 lb. chicken breasts
    4 c. bouillon (chicken)
    3 to 4 c. rice
    3 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper
    2 to 3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 c. water
    2 lb. smoked sausage, cut in rounds
Preparation
    Saute onion, green pepper and celery in oil over low heat. Add garlic and parsley.
    Remove from pot.
    Brown chicken slowly in remaining oil.
    Add bouillon, vegetables, rice, salt, cayenne pepper, Worcestershire and water.
    Cook over low heat 1 hour.
    Add sausage.
    Add more water, if necessary, and correct salt.
