Aunt Janet'S Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    onion (small)
    celery
    3 c. water
    3/4 c. rice
    1 pkg. dry vegetable soup
Preparation
    Brown hamburger, onion and celery in skillet; drain fat.
    Pour hamburger into baking dish, 2 1/2-quart dish.
    Add 3 cups boiling water, rice and dry vegetable soup.
    Cook 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
