Chili Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. rice (long grain)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 can beef broth
Preparation
    Saute onion in oil in 2-quart boiler.
    Add rice, salt and chili powder.
    Pour in broth plus enough water to make 16 ounces liquid.
    Bring to
    boil and then cover and simmer until rice is done.
