"Bev'S Cocoa" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 Tbsp. dark cocoa
    16 Tbsp. sugar
    dash of salt
    4 c. water
    4 c. 2% milk
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix together cocoa and sugar.
    Add dash of salt and the water. Bring to boil.
    Stir in milk and vanilla.
    Remove from heat. Serves 8.
