Scalloped Potatoes And Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 1/2 c. milk
    6 medium potatoes, sliced
    chopped onion
Preparation
    Season pork chops and brown.
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Add flour and mix well.
    Slowly add milk.
    Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
    Alternately place potatoes, onions, pork chops and cream sauce in greased casserole.
    Cover.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Uncover last 15 minutes.
    Serves 6.
