Ingredients

4 c. nonfat dry milk solids
1 1/3 c. cornstarch
1 to 1 1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
2 2/3 c. sugar
2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Store dry ingredients in airtight container.
For pudding, combine 1 cup mix with milk in pan.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Stir in butter and vanilla.
Yields 9 batches (4 servings per batch).
