Cabbage Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. water or broth
    1 head cabbage, shredded
    3 carrots
    3 celery
    1 onion
    3 cloves garlic
    1 can whole tomatoes, seeded and chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 potatoes
    1 lb. diced kielbasa (optional)
Preparation
    Shred cabbage (food processor or hand grater) and put into pot with 2 quarts water or broth.
    Add the remaining ingredients after the cabbage shrinks down enough to make room for the rest.
    Boil on medium-low for a few hours.
    Yum!
