Lemon Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) box lemon Jell-O
2/3 c. juice from pineapple
3 oz. cream cheese
1 c. carrots, cut in small pieces
2/3 c. very hot water
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
2/3 c. crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation

In blender, mix Jell-O and water.
Add juice, vinegar and milk.
Add cream cheese, one piece at a time.
Add carrots and pineapple.
Pour in 2-quart mold and chill.
