Cranberry Jello Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 servings each) pkg. raspberry gelatin
    3 3/4 c. boiling water
    cold water and ice cubes (to make 2 c.)
    1 lb. can whole cranberry sauce or use 1 lb. bag cranberries (put through meat grinder or processor with 2 c. sugar added after cranberries are ground or chopped)
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. halved seedless grapes
    4 apples, cored and cut into pieces (unpeeled)
    20 oz. can pineapple chunks with juice
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add cold water and ice cubes.
    Cool until partially set.
    Stir in all remaining ingredients and pour into molds; chill until set.
    Makes 2 large jello molds.
