Golden Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 to 7 golden Delicious apples
1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. mace (optional)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
cream or milk
pastry for 2 crust pie

Preparation

Peel apples; core and slice thinly to measure 7 cups.
