Barbecue Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. spareribs (pork)
salt
pepper
Schilling barbecue spice
1 onion
1 (16 oz.) bottle smoky barbecue sauce or 2 c. homemade sauce
Preparation

Sprinkle ribs with salt, pepper and Schilling barbecue spice. Place ribs in broiler pan under broiler for 30 minutes to brown and remove excess fat.
Slice ribs into serving pieces and put in crock-pot.
Add onion and pour in barbecue sauce.
Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
