Peach Tart - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
2 eggs
1 c. sugar (rounded)
1 Tbsp. flour
10 Tbsp. cream or condensed milk
2 c. sliced peaches
butter
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Mix eggs, sugar, flour and cream.
Pour the mixture over peach slices which have been arranged in the bottom of the pie shell.
Dot the top of the tart with butter. Bake for 10 minutes at 425\u00b0; reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 30 minutes more.
