Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large apples
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    5 Tbsp. sugar
    3 c. sifted flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. cooking oil
    1/4 c. orange juice
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix in bowl pared and sliced apples, cinnamon and sugar.
    Mix in another bowl flour, baking powder, salt, oil, orange juice, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
    Beat until smooth.
    Pour 1/2 batter in ungreased Bundt pan.
    Spread 1/2 the apple mixture.
    Add remaining batter and top with remaining apple slices.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Cool 15 minutes before removing.
