Squirrel With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-inch sq. salt pork
    2 squirrels, cut-up
    2 qt. water
    1 c. rice
    1/4 c. catsup
    1/2 onion, sliced
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Dice salt pork; saute until brown.
    Add squirrel pieces; brown lightly.
    Add water.
    Simmer until tender.
    Add rice, catsup, onion and seasonings.
    Cook over low heat.
    Cook until rice is tender.
