Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops, browned in small amount of vegetable oil
8 Tbsp. rice
1 can consomme
l each bell pepper, onion, tomato, in thick slices
1 Tbsp. minced dried onion
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Stir spices into rice on bottom of casserole.
Top with browned pork chops.
Add consomme Top chops with sliced onion, tomato and bell pepper.
Bake covered 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until liquid is absorbed.
