Juanita'S Cocktail Chicken Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. finely chopped chicken, cooked
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
    1/4 c. ground pecans
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    dash of hot pepper sauce
    3/4 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in order listed except 3/4 cup pecans. Mix well.
    Shape into small balls and roll in chopped pecans. Keep refrigerated until serving time.
    These can also be frozen for later use.
    Try spearing a chicken ball and a pineapple chunk on an hors d'oeuvre pick.
