Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. white self-rising corn meal
1 small onion, chopped
3/4 c. milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. sugar

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and drop by tablespoonfuls into hot oil. Fry until golden brown.
