Copper Carrots Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can carrots, drained
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 small tomato soup
    green pepper
    salt
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 Tbsp. oil
    onion, chopped
    pepper
Preparation
    Heat liquid to boiling.
    Let stand overnight.
