Cheesy Macaroni Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 oz. reduced-fat sharp Cheddar-flavor cheese
    4 1/2 oz. part skim Mozzarella cheese
    4 1/2 oz. elbow macaroni
    2 c. fresh or thawed, frozen broccoli florets
    2 Tbsp. plain wheat germ
    1 Tbsp. imitation bacon bits
    1 Tbsp. yellow mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pinch of ground red pepper
    1 c. evaporated skimmed milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Spray a 6-cup shallow baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
    Cut the Cheddar-flavor cheese and the Mozzarella into 1/4-inch cubes.
