Gizzard Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken gizzards
    8 oz. can mushrooms with juice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 box julienne potatoes with cheese
    1 large chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in large casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours, stirring occasionally, or until gizzards are tender.
    Or use a crock-pot, reducing water to 1 cup and cooking on low for 9 hours.
