Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe

3 c. self-rising flour
3 scant Tbsp. oil
cold water
Preparation

Mix flour, oil and enough water to mix dough well.
Let set and rise about 2 hours or longer.
Roll out thin; cut in strips. Break into small pieces, about 2-inches or shorter.
Cook chicken; add bouillon to taste.
Add salt if needed.
Cook dumplings in broth; add chicken after they are cooked.
Add a little yellow food coloring for color.
