Thyme-Lime Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp. minced fresh thyme or 1 tsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. grated lime peel
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 chicken breast halves
4 chicken thighs
Preparation

In a small saucepan, over low heat, melt butter in olive oil; add lime juice, thyme, lime peel, garlic, salt and pepper.
Place chicken on a greased broiler pan. Brush with sauce.
Broil, basting frequently, 6 to 7-inches from the heat, for 15 to 20 minutes on each side or until the chicken juices run clear. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
