Sausage Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1/4 c. onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic
    1 c. (16 oz.) mixed vegetables
    1 c. (16 oz.) tomatoes, diced or squeezed
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    2 tsp. flour
Preparation
    Braise sausage and drain grease off.
    Add flour to sausage and add all ingredients.
    Place in casserole dish.
