Beef Goulash(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew beef, cut in 1-inch cubes
    3 or 4 tomatoes
    1 onion, coarsely chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    1 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation
    Place beef in a 3-quart microwave casserole.
    Peel tomatoes and remove cores.
    Cut tomatoes in chunks.
    Place in casserole with beef.
    Add onion, salt and pepper; stir.
    Cover and cook on Roast for 40 to 50 minutes or until beef is tender.
    Stir twice during cooking time.
    Stir sour cream into mixture and let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.
