Chicken Scala - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 skinned and boned chicken breasts
    flour
    vegetable oil
    1 can beef consomme
    1/2 to 1 c. sour cream
    black pepper
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Flour chicken breasts and brown in oil. Drain fat from pan and add consomme to chicken; simmer 25 to 30 minutes.
    Add 1/2 to 1 cup sour cream to make a creamy sauce. Add several shakes of black pepper.
    Put chicken and sauce in baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and brown under broiler.
