Broccoli-Cheese Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 potatoes
    3 onions
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    10 oz. box chopped broccoli
    salt
    pepper
    garlic salt
Preparation
    Peel and cube potatoes; add chopped onions.
    Cover with water. Cook together for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Add Ro-Tel tomatoes, cheese, broccoli, salt and pepper to taste.
    Simmer over low heat until cheese melts.
    Serve with Broccoli Cornbread.
