Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 c. oil
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Mix
    first
    five
    ingredients
    together.
    After this is well blended, add flour, cinnamon and nuts.
    Pour in 2 greased and floured
    loaf
    pans
    or 1 (13 x 9-inch) cake pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until brown.
