Pineapple Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 cups sugar
    1 cup oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 cups zucchini, peeled and grated
    3 cups flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 can crushed pineapple, well drained
    1/2 cup raisins
    1 cup walnuts, chopped
    1/2 cup shredded coconut
Preparation
    Beat eggs well, add sugar. Blend in oil and vanilla. Add zucchini. Add dry ingredients, then pineapple, raisins, nut, and coconut. Mix well. Pour into 2 well-greased loaf pans (don't fill too full). Bake 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
