Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion, chopped fine
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 lb. ground beef chuck
1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1 clove garlic
2 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Melt butter in large skillet and saute chopped onion over medium heat.
Add meat and saute 5 minutes or until browned.
Add remaining ingredients except sour cream in order listed.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Stir in sour cream and cook just until heated through.
Serve over mashed potatoes, rice or egg noodles.
