Chinese Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 1/2 c. cooked shrimp, hen or chicken
    salt and pepper
    1 egg (unbeaten)
Preparation
    Fry bacon. Remove from fat. Add onions and green pepper. Fry until slightly browned. Pour in soy sauce. Stir. Combine rice and meat. Add to onion mixture. Salt and pepper to taste. Heat. Add unbeaten egg and stir until blended well with rice. Crumble bacon over top.
