Oven-Buttered Corn Chunks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter or margarine
    2 1/4 c. sifted flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. cream-style corn
Preparation
    Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into a bowl.
    Add milk and corn.
    Stir until soft dough is formed.
    Turn out on a well floured board or pastry cloth. Knead about 15 times.
    Roll out in a rectangle 1/2-inch thick.
    Cut into 1-inch strips and then into 24 pieces.
    Roll in the melted butter and arrange in the pan.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
