Chili Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 ripe tomatoes, chopped
10 green bell peppers, chopped
12 onions, chopped
2 1/2 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. red pepper
Preparation
-
Boil all ingredients until thick, stirring often.
Pour into quart jars and seal.
Process in hot water bath for 5 minutes.
